CIRCUIT TRAINING

Circuit training is our 1 practice per week where we perform all upperbody and core work. To be a good athlete you must be strong everywhere, not just your legs. In 2009 hardly anyone that started circuit training could climb the rope. Now almost every single person can make it at or near the top after 1 year of consistancy.
